On a completely different note, I've just had a really long, drawn out text conversation with someone I don't know all that well but who I really like (a new friend) which was made longer by a misunderstanding. Now although it's my job to make the written word make good sense, this is really really hard when you're texting. There's no formatting you can use to emphasize words, just smileys, and if you're like me and hate txt spk then you often end up with pretty lengthy texts. Sometimes it would be so much easier to dial the number and actually have the conversation. A wise boss of mine once told me if you have something important or difficult to say to someone, person to person is best, and if you can't do that, do it by phone. Text is never a good idea if the subject is difficult. My point? I think BT might have been right - It's good to talk.
